Andrew Ogles is a Republican U.S. Representative from Tennessee's 5th District, businessman, and House Freedom Caucus member from Nashville suburbs.
Andrew Ogles represents Tennessee's 5th Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2022 serving his second term covering Nashville's southern suburbs and several rural counties. A Middle Tennessee State University graduate, Ogles worked as a state director for Americans for Prosperity and served as mayor of Maury County before his congressional election in a district redrawn by Republican-controlled state legislature to split Nashville among three Republican districts. A member of the House Freedom Caucus, he serves in the 119th Congress on Financial Services (Capital Markets and National Security, and Illicit Finance subcommittees) and Homeland Security (Border Security and Enforcement, and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection subcommittees). In 2024, he faced accusations of falsifying campaign finance reports, with the House Ethics Committee investigation extending into the 119th Congress.
