Anna Paulina Luna is a Republican U.S. Representative from Florida's 13th District, an Air Force veteran born in Santa Ana, California, and a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Anna Paulina Luna is the U.S. Representative for Florida's 13th Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2022 and currently serving her second term representing Pinellas County centered on St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Born in Santa Ana, California, and raised by a single mother, Luna served in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014 as an airfield management specialist, earning the Air Force Achievement Medal, and later joined the Oregon Air National Guard. She graduated from the University of West Florida in 2017 and worked as National Hispanic Outreach Director for Turning Point USA before gaining prominence as a conservative activist and social media influencer. In 2019, she adopted her maternal grandmother's maiden name Luna to represent her Hispanic heritage. Luna is the first Mexican-American woman elected to Congress from Florida and is married to Andrew Gamberzky, a U.S. Air Force combat controller. In the 119th Congress, she serves on the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and chairs the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.
