Brad Schneider represents Illinois's 10th District as a Democrat, Ways and Means Committee member, and chair of the New Democrat Coalition known for Jewish community advocacy and international tax policy.
Bradley Scott Schneider is the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 10th Congressional District, serving his sixth term overall (initially elected 2012, defeated 2014, returned 2016). A Northwestern University and Kellogg School of Management graduate, he worked as a life-insurance executive and management consultant before Congress. Schneider serves on the House Ways and Means Committee (where he champions international tax, healthcare innovation, and sustainable aviation fuel) and the Foreign Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party. As chair of the New Democrat Coalition, he is a recognized leader on Jewish community issues, U.S.-Israel policy, and bipartisan fiscal pragmatism.
