Brendan Francis Boyle is Pennsylvania's 2nd District representative, a Democrat in his sixth term since 2014. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Before Congress, Boyle worked at a nonprofit organization and served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, building expertise in economic policy. He represents parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery County, a solidly Democratic area. In the 119th Congress, Boyle serves as Ranking Member of the House Budget Committee and sits on the Ways and Means Committee, where he focuses on tax policy, fiscal responsibility, and programs benefiting working families and middle-class Americans.
