Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick is Pennsylvania's 1st District representative, a Republican in his fifth term since 2016. A native of Levittown, Fitzpatrick graduated from La Salle University and earned his law degree from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School. He served more than a decade as an FBI special agent investigating public corruption and campaign finance violations and deployed to Iraq with an anti-corruption task force. One of the House's most moderate Republicans, Fitzpatrick co-chairs the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, demonstrating commitment to institutional reform and bipartisanship. He represents Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania and serves on the Foreign Affairs and Ways and Means committees, focusing on tax policy and international relations.
