Christina Jampoler Houlahan is Pennsylvania's 6th District representative, a Democrat in her fourth term since 2018. A graduate of Stanford University with a master's degree from MIT, Houlahan served as a U.S. Air Force engineer and captain before building a career as a technology executive and nonprofit leader, including work at the reading nonprofit Springboard Collaborative. She represents Chester County and southern Berks County in suburban Philadelphia. In the 119th Congress, Houlahan serves on the House Armed Services Committee with subcommittees on Cyber and Military Personnel, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, plus Foreign Affairs and Small Business committees, leveraging her military and technology expertise on national security matters.
