Mike Kelly is a Republican U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania's 16th District, chair of the House Ways and Means Tax Subcommittee, and owner of family car dealerships in Butler.
Michael Kelly represents Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2010 now serving his eighth term covering northwestern Pennsylvania's Erie, Butler, and Mercer counties. A University of Notre Dame graduate and owner of family car dealerships in Butler, Kelly serves on the House Ways and Means Committee, where he chairs the Tax Subcommittee and the Health Subcommittee. He focuses on tax policy, trade, and manufacturing issues. His district includes Butler County, where President Trump was wounded in a July 2024 assassination attempt. Kelly belongs to more than 20 House caucuses and chairs or co-chairs several prominent groups representing business and manufacturing interests.
