Michael Bruce Quigley is the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 5th Congressional District, serving his ninth term since winning a 2009 special election to succeed Rahm Emanuel. A Roosevelt University and University of Chicago graduate with a law degree from Loyola University Chicago, Quigley served as a Cook County commissioner for ten years before entering Congress.
