Biography

Pat Harrigan is a Republican U.S. Representative from North Carolina's 10th District, a West Point graduate, Green Beret combat veteran, and firearms manufacturing executive.

Patrick Harrigan represents North Carolina's 10th Congressional District as a Republican elected in 2024. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a degree in nuclear engineering, Harrigan served as an Infantry officer and culminated his military career as a Detachment Commander in the Special Forces (Green Berets) with over eighteen months of combat deployment. He co-founded ZRODelta, a firearms parts supply company that operates a 120,000-square-foot facility on 76 acres in North Carolina. Harrigan serves on the Armed Services and Homeland Security committees and focuses on defense, military manufacturing, veterans issues, and border security.
