Russell Fry is a Republican U.S. Representative from South Carolina's 7th District, attorney, and member of the House Judiciary Committee.
Russell Fry represents South Carolina's 7th Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2022 serving his second term covering northeastern South Carolina including Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. A graduate of the University of South Carolina and Charleston School of Law, Fry practiced law and served in the South Carolina House of Representatives before defeating incumbent Tom Rice in the 2022 Republican primary after Rice voted to impeach President Trump. In the 119th Congress, he serves on Energy and Commerce (Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade; Communications and Technology; and Energy subcommittees) and Judiciary (Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet subcommittee). He focuses on conservative priorities, tourism, and coastal issues.
