Scott G. Perry is Pennsylvania's 10th District representative, a Republican in his seventh term since 2012. A retired brigadier general in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard who served in Iraq, Perry is a Pennsylvania State University graduate who served in the Pennsylvania House before his congressional election. He chaired the House Freedom Caucus from 2022 to 2024 and is a key ally of President Trump. He was involved in post-2020 election efforts that drew scrutiny from investigators and the January 6 Committee. In the 119th Congress, Perry serves on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee with subcommittees on Economic Growth and Federal Law Enforcement, Foreign Affairs, Transportation and Infrastructure, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
