Tracey Mann (R-KS-1) is a commercial real estate broker and former Kansas lieutenant governor serving his third term in the House.
Tracey James Mann is the U.S. Representative for Kansas's 1st Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2020 and serving his third term. A graduate of Kansas State University, Mann worked as a commercial real-estate broker in Salina before serving briefly as lieutenant governor of Kansas in 2018 under Governor Jeff Colyer. He represents the sprawling western and central Kansas 'Big First' district, one of the nation's most agricultural regions. In the 119th Congress, he chairs the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry and serves on the Agriculture and Transportation and Infrastructure committees, focusing on wheat, cattle, row-crop agriculture, trade, and rural economic development.
