To direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to convey to the Municipality of Belleville, Illinois, a parcel of real property located at the Army Reserve Facility in Belleville, Illinois, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to convey 5.2 acres of land and improvements at 500 South Belt East in Belleville, Illinois, to the Municipality of Belleville. The bill also requires the Municipality of Belleville to pay the costs for USACE to survey the property and for any other costs related to the conveyance.
